In the main house has 2 baths a living room and kitchen. The front bedroom is a queen, the middle bedroom is a full, the back bedroom is an Eastern King with an ensuite bath. Theres a backyard, deck area with a dining table an outdoor shower and room for beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. The guesthouse is a uniquely different architectural style with 10-foot ceilings and a sliding wall of glass that opens to let the fresh sea air in, a totally modern removal from the main house. There is a California King with en suite bath, mini fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink, 65-inch TV, balcony overlooking the yard and deck below and a 500 square foot rooftop deck with ocean views an outdoor shower and lounge furniture.
